I'm regretting not logging more of these precious moments and milestones of Leela and Landon. The videos don't even begin to cover it, and my memory these days is horrible. I NEED to do this, but finding the time and energy is so difficult right now.
Leela just celebrated her 2nd birthday, and Landon is almost 5 months old. Since my last post I've only written down two "must remember" moments, and here they are:
Jan 20, 2011 - After awaking from an afternoon nap, Leela turned to me and said for the first time "Mommy, I love you."
March 7, 2011 - We all slept in one bed last night after Leela woke up in one of her moods. She layed next to Landon, caressed his head, and started singing the phrase "best friend" a couple of times. It was the first time we heard this from her, but she learned it from watching Yo Gabba Gabba.
There are so many more, but alas I can't recall when they happened or with any detail.
So I'll just start with today... as soon as I finish tending to Leela's daily demands.
